Do I need my own avalanche rescue equipment or alpine touring skis or snowboard?
No, in conjunction with Back Country Access we have mandatory equipment such as avalanche shovels, beacons and probes for rent. And Mountain Outfitters in Breckenridge, CO has a huge selection of backcountry friendly skis and snowboards available that make skinning and uphill travel comfortable and dependable.
What if I have no backcountry experience?
Perfect, Tour Further's primary focus is education and gradual progression. Whether you desire to snowshoe through meandering valleys or yearn to ski a steep couloir, our single day courses and educational programs will offer the tools and direction you need to achieve any goal.

What accreditations and requirements are mandatory for Tour Further guides?
All guides are members of the AMGA, snow safety professionals and certified medical technicians. Please "read on" for additional details and information.
Is airfare included?
No, clients are responsible for their own airfare and are expected to be at the given departure point the night before your adventure begins.
Are meals included?
For participants of international and Alaskan adventures, breakfast and lunch are included. However, for day-tours and quick adventures clients are expected to provide their own lunch and snack items.
Does Tour Further offer programs for students of all ages or corporate outings?
Absolutely! Tour Further has motivational adventures and a progressive approach to teaching group dynamics while allowing clients to challenge themselves on either multi or single day adventures. These scenario presentations and exercises are designed to foster innovative thought by building a three-hundered degree perspective. Tour Further believes that flexibility and morals are essential to success, whether in the backcountry or office place.
